Truck Driver and Passenger Injured in NC Truck Accident Rollover

Author: KERNERSVILLE, NC – A truck driver and a female passenger were injured last Monday in a truck rollover accident in Forsyth County, North Carolina. The truck accident happened on Interstate 40 near NC State Route 66 in Kernersville, in the Winston-Salem metro region. The area is in the northwest section of the state, 88 miles northeast of Charlotte, NC and 280 miles east of Knoxville, Tennessee.
The trailer truck went off the left side of the interstate and crashed into the cable center dividing median. The semi truck then flipped over and finally crashed into the guardrail by the highway bridge, which crosses under Old Salem Road.
