Driver, Passenger Killed in Michigan Tractor Trailer Accident
LANSING, MI – A semi driver and his passenger died early Tuesday morning, Dec 14, when their tractor trailer crashed into a highway bridge and burst into flames in Eaton County, Michigan. The truck accident occurred in the westbound lanes of Interstate 96 where it loops north around the city of Lansing, MI, closing the highway for hours. Lansing is the state capital located in the central part of Michigan, and the accident area is about 127 miles north of Fort Wayne, Indiana and about 122 miles west of Sarnia, Ontario, Canada.

Early Tuesday morning 58 year old truck driver Calvin Roberts was driving a semi tractor truck west on Interstate 96, traveling through Eaton County, MI. His wife, 54 year old Brenda Roberts was a passenger at the time of the truck accident. The couple is from Oil Trough, Arkansas. The cargo and destination of the semi truck is not known.

Overturned Truck Accident in Kentucky Caused by Shifting Load
MAYSVILLE, KY – Officials believe the shifting load in a semi trailer was a factor in an overturn truck accident in Mason County, Kentucky. Severe weather may also have contributed to the single vehicle crash which occurred Sunday night, December 12, as the semi trailer was on Kentucky State Highway 9, also known as Aa Highway, in the city of Maysville. The accident area is in the far north part of the state near the Ohio border, about 233 miles north of Knoxville, Tennessee and about 69 miles southeast of Cincinnati, Ohio.

Late Sunday night Francis Jamison of Maysville, KY was driving a tractor trailer through the far northeast section of the state. The driver was carrying a load of recycled paper at the time of the truck accident. He was reportedly headed up north but his exact destination is not known. The logo on the trailer section of the semi is for Heartland Express, a transportation company with multiple regional offices, based out of North Liberty, Iowa.

Driver Arrested After Deadly Truck Accident Near Remington IN
REMINGTON, IN – A semi driver was arrested Thursday, December 16, after he set off a deadly truck accident in south Jasper County, Indiana. The driver’s passenger was also charged in the fatal collision that involved several Freightliner semis and occurred on Interstate 65 near the city of Remington, IN. The accident area is in the northwest part of Indiana, about 190 miles west of Lima, Ohio and about 94 miles southeast of Chicago, Illinois.

On Thursday morning 50 year old truck driver Sayid Ama Ikar of Greensboro, North Carolina was driving a 2001 Freightliner semi trailer truck south on Interstate 65, moving through Jasper County, Indiana. Semi Driver Arrested after Deadly Truck Accident in Indiana
BAKERS CORNER, IN – A semi driver was arrested Friday, December 10, after a deadly truck accident at a highway intersection in Hamilton County, Indiana. The fatal collision occurred just north of Indianapolis at the juncture of 236th Street and U.S. Highway 31 in Bakers Corner. The truck accident area is in the central region of Indiana, about 146 miles north of Louisville, Kentucky and about 169 miles southeast of Chicago, Illinois.

Late Friday morning 47 year old truck driver Tarrance Lee of South Bend, IN was southbound on US 31, driving a semi trailer truck through Hamilton County, IN. One Dead in Fiery Truck Accident in St Louis Missouri
ST. LOUIS, MO – One person was killed Tuesday morning, December 7, after a fiery truck accident on the Chain of Rocks Bridge in St Louis County, Missouri.
