LOS ANGELES, CA — The fate of 46-year-old truck driver, Marcos Costa, is in the hands of a Los Angeles jury as he awaits their verdict for murder in the 18 wheeler crash that claimed the lives of a man and his twelve year old daughter and injuring three in June 2009.

Costa is charged with seven counts, including second-degree murder, after his runaway 18 wheeler semi truck swerved out of control down Angeles Crest Highway killing 12-year-old Angelina Posca, and her 58-year-old father, Angel George Posca of Palmdale.
