Truck Accident Closes Busy Minnesota Road

WILLMAR, MN – A Sunday morning truck accident on January 9 closed down a busy road in Kandiyohi County, Minnesota. The truck driver was able to escape serious injury in the single vehicle crash which occurred at the intersection of Litchfield Avenue and First Street in the city of Willmar, MN. The truck accident area is in the central west part of the state, about 103 miles east of Watertown, South Dakota and about 119 miles north of Estherville, Iowa.

PROCTOR, MN – A woman was killed Sunday afternoon, December 5, when she was fatally injured in a rollover truck accident in St. Louis County, Minnesota. The deadly incident occurred when the driver of a semi trailer overturned his truck while attempting to make a left turn in the downtown district of Proctor, MN. The accident area is on the west edge of the Duluth metro region in the far right-central section of the state, about 8 miles west of Superior, Wisconsin and about 247 miles east of Fargo, North Dakota.

Truck Accident Injures Two, Cuts Off Power at Minnesota State Fair

FALCON HEIGHTS, MN – A semi truck accident Tuesday morning, August 31, took down a utility pole, injuring two bystanders and cutting off electrical power for several hours at the Minnesota State Fair and for hundreds of other customers. The incident occurred when the truck driver hit the pole while making a turn at North Winston Street and Como Avenue in Falcon Heights, MN, in the heart of the Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan region. The truck accident area is Ramsey County, in the southeast section of the state, about 136 miles north of Clear Lake, Iowa and about 92 miles west of Eau Claire, Wisconsin.

Two Dead, One Injured in Truck Accident on Minnesota Highway

PERHAM, MN – Two people were killed and another person injured late Wednesday night, June 30, in a truck accident on a highway in Otter Tail County, Minnesota. The deadly collision between a semi trailer truck and passenger car occurred at the intersection of Highway 10 and Otter Tail County Road 80 on the east side of the town of Perham. The truck accident area is in the central west section of the state about 188 miles northwest of Minneapolis-St. Paul and about 67 miles southeast of Fargo, North Dakota.

The truck driver was unable to avoid a collision and slammed into the Impala’s driver’s side door.

At around 11:30 p.m. Wednesday night 29 year old Curtis Sonnek of Princeton, MN was driving a 1996 Ford Conventional semi trailer truck west on Highway 10 in Otter Tail County, MN. At the same time 32 year old Joshua Lawson of Evansville, MN was driving a white 2008 Chevrolet Impala south on Otter Tail County Road 80. Beer Truck Slams into SUV, Kills Three in Minnesota

VERMILLION TOWNSHIP, MN – Three people died when a beer truck slammed into a SUV Monday afternoon, April 26, 2010, in Dakota County, Minnesota. The truck accident happened on County Road 47/Northfield Blvd in Vermillion Township near Hampton, southeast of the Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan region. The area is in the southeast section of the state, 124 miles northwest of La Crosse, Wisconsin and 123 miles north of Mason City, Iowa.

MN State Patrol and emergency personnel responded to the truck accident site. EMTs found that the three people in the SUV suffered fatal injuries and all were pronounced dead at the scene.

Truck Driver Injured in Minnesota Truck Accident

WINONA COUNTY, MN – A truck driver was injured when his trailer truck crashed and burst into flames Monday, March 29, on a highway in Winona County, Minnesota. The truck accident happened on Interstate 90 in Warren Township near Wyattville, MN. The accident area is in the far southeast section of the state near the Wisconsin border, 130 miles southeast of Minneapolis-St. Paul and 310 miles northwest of Chicago, Illinois.

The 18 wheeler was completely destroyed by the fire after the truck accident and most of the cargo was lost, with a few blocks of cheese strewn around the accident site.
