The men’s pick-up truck was hit by a semi tractor trailer on southbound U.S. Highway 41, at the juncture with Boonville-New Harmony Road. The driver’s passenger was also charged in the fatal collision that involved several Freightliner semis and occurred on Interstate 65 near the city of Remington, IN.
