Truck Accident Kills Man on Kentucky Interstate
CORBIN, KY – A man suffered fatal injuries after his pickup truck was struck by a tractor trailer truck Monday night in Whitley County, Kentucky. The truck accident happened on Interstate 75 near Corbin, KY. The area of the collision is in the far southeast section of the state about 30 miles north of the Tennessee border, 90 miles south of Lexington, KY and 86 miles north of Knoxville, TN.

After a preliminary investigation of the fatal truck accident, authorities have ruled out drug or alcohol use as being a factor. There were no reports that his trailer truck malfunctioned.
Shortly after 10:30 p.m. Monday night 65 year old Larry W. Rogers of Corbin, KY was traveling south on Interstate 75 in Whitley County in a 1996 Chevrolet S-10 pickup truck. Two Die After Fiery Truck Accident on Florida Highway
SOUTH BAY, FL – Two people died last Saturday morning from injuries they suffered in a truck accident in Palm Beach County, Florida south of Lake Okeechobee. The fiery crash happened on U.S. Highway 27 in South Bay, Florida near the border with Broward County. KERNERSVILLE, NC – A truck driver and a female passenger were injured last Monday in a truck rollover accident in Forsyth County, North Carolina. The truck accident happened on Interstate 40 near NC State Route 66 in Kernersville, in the Winston-Salem metro region. Three People Injured in Massachusetts Truck Accident
ANDOVER, MA – Three people were injured last Tuesday in a truck accident on a busy Massachusetts highway. The collision between the 18 wheeler truck and passenger sedan occurred on Interstate 495 in Andover, MA. The area is north of the Boston metro region in the northeast corner of the state, 34 miles southeast of Manchester, New Hampshire and 87 miles north of Providence, Rhode Island.

Phoenix Bus Crashes On I-10; Rollover Claims 6 Lives
PHOENIX, AZ — Six people were killed in a deadly bus crash at 5:27 a.m Friday morning when a bus carrying 21 passengers rolled over after hitting another vehicle. The bus driver lost control and veered to the left, then to the right and off the road, rolling over at least once while several people were ejected from the bus, according to Arizona Department of Public Safety spokesman Bart Graves. The crash occurred on Interstate 10 about 25 miles south of Phoenix.

Fifteen of the 21 bus passengers were transported to hospitals, including five who suffered serious injuries and were taken by helicopter.

SUV Collides with Semi Truck In Fatal Kansas Turnpike Accident
SOUTH HAVEN, KS – A fatal accident occurred when a SUV tried to make a u-turn and collided with a semi tractor trailer truck. The crash happened near the Oklahoma border around 9:00 pm Wednesday night when a car with 5 people was heading south on the I-35 near the South Haven exit. Troopers say the driver missed the exit and tried to quickly make a u-turn to head the other way.

GRAND HAVEN TOWNSHIP, MI – A truck driver was injured Friday when the tractor trailer he was driving crashed into a water filtration plant in Ottawa County, Michigan. The truck accident happened in Grand Haven Township at the intersection of Michigan State Highway 45/Lake Michigan Drive and Lakeshore Drive.
